Hi! I'm Ms. Terri and since I was a little girl, I've always wanted to be a teacher. My husband, John and I have 4 grown children and 7 grands! I have a background in early childhood education & development, plus I've been homeschooling since 1997, and have been teaching preschool and kindergarten for almost 25 years!
I envision our home-based private school as a safe, happy place where children learn and grow physically, emotionally, intellectually and socially at their own pace.

Hi! I'm Ms. Jenni and I grew up in my mom's school. At an early age, I started helping with the children that were younger than me. When I was old enough, I became an official assistant teacher. I am Ms. Terri's youngest child. I graduated from our home school in 2019 and I got married in July 2021. I've been teaching preschool for almost 7 years!
I love doing fun activities with the children. As the school photographer, I get the best smiles out of the kids, along with the goofiest expressions.

STEP ONE: PICK A PROGRAM FOR YOUR CHILD
Let us know what program you want to place your child in. We will assess your child's knowledge and work with them right where they are to advance at their own pace. The grade levels are a formality but the child's knowledge and skill level can be below, above or anywhere in between those expectations. We will never make a child feel as if they are learning at too slow a pace. We understand that the more confident they get in what they are learning and the more fun they are having we will see a vast difference in a short period of time.
STEP TWO: PICK A CLASS FOR YOUR CHILD
We offer 3 HOUR morning and afternoon classes 2, 3 or 5 days a week plus a full day class 2 or 5 days a week. We recommend that children in PRESCHOOL and PREK attend the 3 hour classes, but they are welcome to join our full day classes if that fits your needs.
Our full day classes work best for our early elementary students because it gives them more time to work on subject based lessons that the younger students don't do. Early elementary students aren't required to do full day classes.
Please choose your class times and days according to your child's age/grade and your families needs. If at any time you need to change your class days/times, please let us know as soon as possible. It will be subject to availability.

What is your health and safety policy?
We follow all local guidelines, including our 24-hour sickness policy (your child must be clear of the following symptoms for 24 hours before returning to school: fever, vomiting, and/or diarrhea).
Do I have to provide meals for my child?
Yes, IF your child attends full day classes, they will need to bring their lunch each day. Please make sure they have eaten breakfast or lunch before class, if they are attending the 3 hour classes. A small snack will be offered mid class. If your child has allergies, please send a snack for them.
Can I take a tour first?
Yes! We would love to give you a tour of our school. During the tour, we'll tell you all about us. At the end, we'll ask: "Would you like your child to come to our school?" If so, that's when we'll have you fill out the registration form and we'll collect the registration fee. Please call us to schedule a tour.
What things do I need to send with my child each day?
Make sure your child has an insultated water bottle that we can refil each day so they can stay hydrated. They are able to get a drink anytime they need one.
Children also need to bring a change of clothes, just in case plus a nap mat for quiet time if they are full day students.
What is your policy on potty training?
We ask that children attending our school be potty trained before starting. If your child is in the process and doing well at home, we are willing to work with them at school.
Do I have to buy school supplies or pay for field trips?
No. Your supplies are included with the cost of registration. All events are free for your child and most field trips are free.
When is tuition due each month?
Tuition is due on the 1st of every month. If you need a different payment arrangement, that will have to be discused before your contract is drawn up and signed.
When does school start? Can I enroll mid-year?
Our school year runs Aug.-May (10 months). If we have spots available, you can enroll mid-year. Please call us to see if we have any spots available.
